    Deadweights Tester for Functional testing
    Has anyone used a deadweights tester for functional tests of ITT, Brake Pressure, Hyd System Press indications? 

    What is their accuracy like, how does it work, where is it generally hooked up?

    Would appreciate any help or an example of a test that uses one.

    ATA 26 Fire Extinguisher Cartridges
    Any A&P technicians here? One of the comments in  AMEs A&P technicians texbook has a comment regarding New Fire extinguisher containers which are supplied with their own cartridge and bonnet assembly dissambled. It goes on to say "If you remove a discharge cartridge from a bonnet, do not use it on another assembly"? 

    Why cant it be reinstalled on another assembly? Not quite understanding why it has to be installed again in the same device from which it was removed. 

    Any comments?
