No pitot heat for the left probe on a King Air.

The probe assembly can be split open in the middle which allows access to the electrical connector. The probe side read open with ohm-meter.

The pneumatic connection is accessed by pulling the mount plate off the aircraft.

New probe coil resistance.

The bleed hole (which must be covered for a leak check) was located quite near the tip of the probe itself.

Good leak check...... good heat...... good to go!!
