Power Feeder Wires was created by Mark
"4" power feeder wire issues in 3 years with my current airline. I had "1" in all my previous 30+ years of working aircraft.

Had one here , and here ..... and now the latest.

These wires are hard-lined from the pylon down. When a engine is changed, the power feeder wires stay with the aircraft. If a repair is made, it is spliced in the pylon near the wing attach point. After the splice, it has to be routed down to the IDG and have a new terminal installed.

I saved the part numbers..... because I knew this shit was going to happen again.

Splice - 277161-1
Terminal - BACT12M25-3
Wire - BMS13-60T07C01G1/0
Two sizes of clear shrink tube - M23053/12-226C and M23053/12-230C

Please note: These are for 767 type aircraft.

We're also going to try and use " Cold Shrink " for the splice in the pylon.
