Aft cargo door not opening. Numerous shifts were messing with it. It took two days to figure out the problem.

The aft cargo door must lift vertically about 4 inches to clear the hooks before the actual door opening starts.
This door would lift about 2 inches and the lift actuator could be heard binding up.
Cargo was in the pit. To reach the inside of the door, two cans would need to be cut through and all the cargo hand trasfered out.
Numerous troubleshooting ideas were tried, but working through small access holes is difficult.
Finally, a mechanic was able to get the right angle with a mirror and flashlight to see one of the upper hooks had sheared all four mounting bolts. The hook fell down into the well in such a way that when the door was lifting, it jammed between the door frame and hook rod.

If the loader is positioned to high, cargo cans hit these hooks when they are loaded into the pit. I imagine that the hook already had three bolts sheared off (as we only found one bolt head). During the last cargo load, the final bolt broke.
