That is an engineering level question.

Line maintenance just verifies part and serial numbers match the paperwork before installing the unit.

In the US, a Form 8130 usually comes with the repaired part. It doesn't show full details of the repair or software installed.

Occasionally, we will receive the complete work order with a record of all the work accomplished and details of software.
