AGB handcranking pad cover

Mark,
1-do you have any idea about how to inspect that AGB hand cranking pad cover is reinstalled correctly after performing  maintenance tasks which involve removal of it.
2- would you advise me which maintenance tasks involve removing the aforesaid pad , other than manual turning N2 rotor for borescope?

Mark, I sent two email please find the email with subject "hand cranking pad cover"

I know of no special inspection needs for the cover over the hand crank adapter.

I would expect there is a torque value for the cover mount bolts. It looks like they are safety wired also.
  
  
 
  
  
I know of no other purpose for hand cranking N2 other than to look at the turbine blades and burner cans.
