B737 MMEL was created by dynamics
I found per b737 MMEL, for chapter 23-Communication, "02  Passenger Adress System (includes STC ST10238C)" is witen. Does it mean the Passenger Adress System is just applicable to airplanes which have been already modified according to mentioned STC?

The way I read that is this deferral would include both pre and post STC modification aircraft.

I can not understand why deferral of rectification of engine oil low pressure warning system depends on Auto function of the Air data heat system as per MMEL rev62?

I need a copy of that MEL.

Not all airlines follow same standards.

From the oil pressure warning wiring diagram (which I can't show in full on the site), I see a pressure switch and warning light with a tie-off to the chime system.

No reference to auto Air Data is shown.

This M.E.L. only is referenced to aircraft with Boeing Service Bulletin 737-30A 1064 completed. Do your aircraft have this completed and do you have a copy of that bulletin? Your PDF sent to me doesn't have MMEL 30-22-01 in it.

I think I know what's going on here.

On the 767, probe heat is "not" crew controlled. Pitot heat comes on low with engine revolutions. All other probe heat.... AOA, Total Temp, and Static Ports also come on with signals from the engine speed cards. Pitot heat comes on high when the aircraft breaks ground.

On the 737 with this modification, they're using engine oil pressure to control probe heat. If the engine has oil pressure..... it's running. The aircraft will turn on probe heat when it senses a running engine. (I didn't verify this via the prints, but I would guess I'm correct.)
