Fuel measuring sticks

Mark, which documents should I consult for measuring stick conversion?

Usually a Fueling Manual. My current airline has a Fuel Stick Measuring Manual.

In it you'll find charts for individual stick measurements for several pitch and roll angles for the aircraft attitude.

The stick drop distance can be checked on the charts for Lb's or Kg's depending on how your fuel is measured.

Was the stick measuring manul provided by a type certificate holder, e.g Boeing?

I do not know the source of the manual. Normally, quality control would handle these issues.
