I'm not sure what you mean by "Test Sheet".
For troubleshooting tips we use the FIM or Fault Isolation Manual.
There is a test procedure (or required tests to be performed) after certain engine components have been changed.
I'm sure the 737 has a sheet for engine parameters during high power runs.
A lot of the engine troubleshooting information on this site can be carried over to other engine types. They all do the same things with the same indications. The big difference is engine control..... the old MEC (Main Engine Control) mechanical unit or a FADEC controlled engine using an HMU (Hydro-Mechanical Unit) for fuel scheduling, VSV (Variable Stator Vane), and bleed valve positioning.
