Inertial Reference Unit was created by dynamics

Am I right to conclude two P/N for IRU are interchangeable on specific airplane model which is not produced by Boeing، given they are demonstrated interchangeable on b737-300 as per Boeing part catalogue?

No..... you cannot arbitrarily say a part is valid for one type of aircraft because it is interchangeable on another aircraft type.

A valid part (part number) "must" be listed in the IPC. That also includes being effective for a spicific aircraft serial number.
